Working as a graphic designer at Avail Advertising was an absolute mistake. The manager was incredibly toxic, constantly criticizing without offering constructive feedback and creating a hostile work environment. The office was riddled with politics, where favoritism was rampant, and backstabbing was the norm. Creativity was not valued—instead, you were expected to churn out pathetic work to appease the manager's inconsistent and unreasonable demands. Fraud company! Not even company! Only one designer works there! All designers are ran away! No one get paid at all! Owner is living in 1857! Don’t let you work properly; doin his own shi* all time and everywhere! (Sizes, design, typography, content, copyrighting, management and all other things) And when creative gets messy and rejected by client; he blem on designers only! at the month end he didn’t pay to designers because they didn’t get done anything creative! Even taunting everyone by their looks, beard, clothes!
