I like this company because i gain lot of knowledge about new innovations and latest technologies.The main thing is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

The work load is very high.Even i have to work 14-16 hours in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

Work Details

As long as i get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
