I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes I have work 12-14 hours I have to attend clint call in evening and sometimes late in to the night
