Salary increment is not good. This is the main reason of Employees leaving this company. Management should provide at least 12% of increment. Also some of the employee benefits are missing. Number of leaves are less. At least Management should increase the sick leave. Also HR policy needs to be reviewed. Medical insurance does notcover your parents/spouse, manager should include this in the Health Policy. Maternity / Paternity leaves should be provided properly.
