Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Company has to conduct employee engagement activities regularly to build a relationship within the employees, which they fail to do so. During festive period like christmas or diwali, enlighting the work space could be better as decorating the entire work space and creating a positive vibe environment.
