Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Company has to conduct employee engagement activities regularly to build a relationship within the employees, which they fail to do so. During festive period like christmas or diwali, enlighting the work space could be better as decorating the entire work space and creating a positive vibe environment.
