Including CEO don't trust and not give any chance to other language or other regional employee. top to bottom, most of the employees are Telegu speaking, its hard to work, even if they don't perform or not experts if they speak telugu then its okay. but when it comes to other people it will be fired same day. own should take their own decision before join any company
