Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Worst ever Company I have ever worked with. They always lack money when it comes to salary and also incentives. You will never get incentive. Once in a 6 months they will give incentive and it wont be more than 10k in total for all the months though you outreached the targets for all the months. All the deductions which has been done by somebody else will be deducted from your salary. No perks. If you want to join here, you are definitely wasting your time.
