Worst ever Company I have ever worked with. They always lack money when it comes to salary and also incentives. You will never get incentive. Once in a 6 months they will give incentive and it wont be more than 10k in total for all the months though you outreached the targets for all the months. All the deductions which has been done by somebody else will be deducted from your salary. No perks. If you want to join here, you are definitely wasting your time. Never join this organisation under the leadership of Mr. Shivakumar, Associate Vice President, aged around 60 years. He is continuing his job under extension. Any new person joining this organisation will have lifespan of 3 months minimum and max. 1 year only. Persons working under him for past 10 years to 25 years are still designated as Executives, similar to ex-prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, Congress Govt. No powers atleast to go to washroom or get some Tea during office hours. Everything has to be taken approval irrespective of your designation.
