Never join this organisation under the leadership of Mr. Shivakumar, Associate Vice President, aged around 60 years. He is continuing his job under extension. Any new person joining this organisation will have lifespan of 3 months minimum and max. 1 year only. Persons working under him for past 10 years to 25 years are still designated as Executives, similar to ex-prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, Congress Govt. No powers atleast to go to washroom or get some Tea during office hours. Everything has to be taken approval irrespective of your designation.
