Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Worst ever Company I have ever worked with. They always lack money when it comes to salary and also incentives. You will never get incentive. Once in a 6 months they will give incentive and it wont be more than 10k in total for all the months though you outreached the targets for all the months. All the deductions which has been done by somebody else will be deducted from your salary. No perks. If you want to join here, you are definitely wasting your time.
