It is a Gold mine for mechanical engineers "only for gaining knowledge". Job security good unless company is under recession or we perform any unethical work, anybody won't fired at the lower level. There are plenty of operations that can be learnt and explored.

Dislikes

Work life balance doesn't exist unless you bring it yourself. For male employees they might have to extend shifts. for female employees there are HR policies reciting that 6:30pm is the last working hour, but it is not the case. Work culture needs lot of improvement. People need to understand everyone has personal life and stop bothering.
