Under the leadership of new president Nagesh Marwah, HR Head Bhawna and MD Ishaan Sarine company is not able to foster the culture of quality and customer orientation resulting company have lost a major SOB with OEM customers. There is growing disconnect between management and workforce and company is about to shut down because of continoue making loss and around 30% loss in revenue in last 2 years. at the core of these challanges is ineffective leadership of MD Ishaan sarine who has unfortunately failed to uphold his grandfather legacy. in last 21 years of my tenure first time they have cancelled all saturday offs for that every employee is contributing one extra hour per day now your working time is increase but saturday off facility is withdrawn and all managers are not happy . there are everyday 4-5 hours every person is wasting in meeting but result is zero. loyal and old employees are totally side lined. Under President Marwah company have acquired few sick plants of pricol and built a new plant in Supa but till date plant is not doing well and making losses because desicions are taken by non technical and non financial background people. in Today scenerio company is not able to pay salaries and vendor payments due to Cash flow issues and withdrawn all benefits and merging workload of 2-3 people to one person hence work life balance become a big issue for employees except few senior people who comes 11 AM and leave 6.30 PM. the way company is working seems to be shut down operations very soon so if you are planning to join Autolek please rethink about your family and future again....Read More
