I recently joined Auto ignition limited as Manager HR and having a Background of OEM/ MNC . I would like to express the onboarding experience was exceptional. The HR team did a fantastic job planning everything before my DOJ for making my transition smooth and stress free. I liked the goodies and welcome gift they added in my joining kit.. Now having spent one month with Auto ignition , I can confidently say that the work culture is positive. I also want to add that impressed me most is the hands on approach by leadership team. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
