I have been working as a Front End Developer at Authority Entrepreneur for over six months, and I must say it's been an incredible experience. The company has a supportive and friendly work culture that promotes growth and development. The management team is approachable and always willing to listen to their employees' ideas and feedback.

Dislikes

I have completed 1 and half years with Authority Entrepreneurs, and I must say, I am impressed by the level of professionalism and support they provide to their employees even thought this is a permanent work from home. Only thing which I felt as a disadvantage of Authority Entrepreneurs is, since its a completed work from home job people do take to much advantage of the system and miss uses it. And hence alot of issue at the time of deadlines.

Of the last two companies that I have worked with AE offers the best work culture practices. The work is task based and offers flexibility as long as the task is completed.

I've been working here for the past 1.5 years and the greatest benefit is the flexibility that the company provides. Everyone on the team was considerate and supportive at all times. you will be always viewed as a team member rather than an employee and your opinions will be valued very well. Someone with sound logical reasoning can really shine in the company.

Unquestionably not for people those aren't to explore and learn new things at a rapid pace. Connecting with a teammate is a bit difficult since working remotely, weather its to ask for help or to clear up a question.

Authority Entrepreneurs is not for people who lack commitment towards their work, are not proactive and have a laid-back attitude. We work on challenging projects to help our customer scale and each team member here is a pillar and not an employee. The toughest part is giving feedback to team members who is not a good fit during the probation period and when they end up leaving us, they write bad reviews which influence other potential team members who look at joining us but we understand that those are emotional reviews with no logic attached to it.
