The salary offered is decent but that is of no use when the environment is toxic and no scope of learning and appreciation. The organization talks a lot about employee wellbeing but in real it's very bookish which was never implemented.

Dislikes

Senior and older employees dominate the organisation and Trade Commissioner are under their belt. Here, Trade Commissioner or the onshore staff joining the India operations are not consistent and there are politics within the Aussies as well.
