For Learning purpose ok. Don't expect much salary, leaves, other expenses. Forget Sunday you have to work 365day Working Environment is very hard. Don't expect salary on time. You may not get the salary for 2-months at what ever condition.

They are ready to pay more salary for new candidate. But where as currently working employee/candidate they won't pay Routine work have to do. No creativity even if you give idea managers will not consider. They all are fear about they clients. Best option to entering into Medical Device industry.
