Culture is dirty, work ambiance is pathetic. People only think when the agreement ends and we get out. All appearance and all work is just a suck. No meal availability, no transportation, no gymnasium, no canteen, no rest room only desk job no work from home no leaves like other companies even on week offs you have to come to work worst hr policy, hrs are under control order of the management team to hire dumb people,if not listen you are in pip and told to resign. worst policy agreements, worst rules take certificate keep our educational documents for years don't give when need. Only criticism, only discrimination, only torture when at home and when in office no personal life. People here like to peep in other people personal life and judge and torture. If you are a political player you have a great career in this company . Too many micro-micro-management, politics and if joined until you die you are not allowed to die. Nothing growth available in any aspect of the field all the tools and softwares are blundered and not useful for future development and companies...Read More
