Likes

Aurora, very nice work culture. Full freedom to show sillks n come up with new idea. Helping teammates with kind professional attitude. Learning alot from the team and the boss.

Yet not faced anything which i dnt like.

Work Details

As a UI graphic designer. I love to faces challenge. If no chalenge then that task is not for me. The work pushes me every dat to reach my 100%. N i push my 100% to 90% so the more u lear the nore u grow.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
