I would like to appreciate our whole hotel Team of Hycinth by Sparsa specially my ex GM Mr. S Bala Krishnan,HOD of Sales Mr. Leo Xavier they both had pushed me through every tough learning regards sales and account managementship skills as well in improving my overall personality as a hotelier also changed my view open hotels and tourism Buisness . No Training schedule, never had a point to point to Discussion with our HR about our training Program, we were not provided basic things at start like uniform for first 3 months, lockers were being not provided until we left the job, no strict rule for language which created lot of misunderstanding and mess for customer. Our final appraisal was not taken seriously we filled the forms and we were never called back for discussing salary or promotions....Read More
