1.No proper vision to complete the project. 2.Laging in Skilled working staff. 3.Appraisals are not upto the mark and is not based on performance. Rather its based on person. 4.Site level management is like monarchy

There are no standards for the company trying to follow others standards instead of setting there own standards. Recruiting a candidate from top construction company and paying high salarys for the same experience the candidate came from the local companies. This need to be stoped and recruited based on performance and knowledge
