this is company like developing commercial projects now, And here management are too worst because they like only persons who's came from their refferel staff and supporting to them and they like only persons who's came from L&T and SPCL companies Management are cheating to ground level staff very well And quality is poor in construction, there is no cost control in any works Too much of concrete wasteg getting back filling and return to plants There is no team work encouragement Management are doing dewide and rule Only politics are going here not teamwork Too much of disappointment getting here I am never had seen in my 10years of career...Read More
