Over time and workload ,no celebrations for any occasions especially for quality control department, Unexpected shift changes and week off changes ( where we cannot plan our own suddenly)after arriving at office also..third class canteen food and management..No seats available in company buses from crowded busstops means no control on that, irrespective behaviours of old HR 's

Worst management,Mr Manishkumar president is spoiling company and he is not bothering about sales progress... Reducing manpower and showing sales progress but there is no growth over the 10yrs. Worst HR and highly internal politics.. I will not refer anybody to join this company..
