Dislikes

Performance review process was traditional and could be better it was value based, more informal and frequent instead of being annual bell curve based.

Work Details

When I worked at AurionPro, work was always challenging and interesting. I got to work on new projects and use the latest technology. The Chief Architect was very intelligent and was a great mentor. Hard work was always rewarded and appreciated.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
