There is good work life balance. Work hour is 8:30 am to 5 pm. Its a product based organization. Normal pressures will be there whenever there will be new client requirements.

its depend on the project allocated and all on the client where you will be allocated

the medical process sometime very slow as our team join in april 24 and all got the medical card after 5 months. we think this process is not take more then 10-15 days. As auriopro support everytime in medical claim but the medical card gives employee to peace of mind that they have something which help medical treatment in any emergency.
