Much more sallery deduction , GDC division culture is not good , people's not work in team work. I don't know other plant culture but i'm work in this plant 2 year .At time I leave this company due to some reasons.

People not work in team work, job security not available, extra benefit not available ,sunday work benefit not available, no learning ,only worker type job.

My working as a operator. I operator the cnc lathe mazak machine. I doing the operation of turning, facing, threading like that and pluse making a programme then operator. I also known as operation of vmc EDM and wire cut machine.
