My experience with Augurs Technology has been extremely disappointing. The company has a history of firing employees without clear reasons and withholding salaries, causing significant financial hardship. Payments are delayed until the 25th of the following month, and they make it difficult to obtain essential documents after leaving. The work environment is stressful and highly unprofessional. Employees are often harassed into working on weekends, with threats that refusing could result in unpaid wages. This expectation, combined with the rude and disrespectful attitude from the CEO and managers like Pawan, Peter, Vikki, Ana, and Divya, creates a toxic atmosphere where professionalism and empathy are severely lacking.
