The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that store reliable. High-quality products and has a global client base.

Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but glowth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometime , I have to work 13-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend customer in the night and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I Do received stock and stacking on the floor, But they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.Also, there is no on-job training for fresher's hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
