Audax hires people and after a while it does silent firing.There is no as such prominent project on which one works.This company has destroyed a phase of career of many by making lots of false promises.They sack people at a stage form there , it becomes hard to get into any position.They made people to quit the it field. Poor baisedmanagement system. They provides annual increment of the salary of existing employees by sacking the other employees. There is a serious problem with the management. Management does not know what they want from employees they don't have any plans, and they don't give salary hikes.
