At ground level service employee are getting criticism who are good in customer service but not doing any sales The thing is only asked for sales and only sales if we need to do sales then why we had joined service team Senior always talk in sarcasm way in front of everyone rather being if it's employee or any customer and never appreciated for doing good in all terms of customer service

2nd and 4th Saturday are off but they didn't give off even sometimes Sunday are also working there is normal working day even work life balance also affected from this work culture is also very bad

If you are working according to bank policies and in this case if your boss ask you handover customer statement to staff and you said no for this than they starting harrasing you Despite informing my managers about my leave i got show cause memo

Everything ! People are toxic, if you want a career where you just earn money and live a robot life this is the place. They don't care about your personal life but they will live their personal life royally.

This is not a work place to work for a fresher. Everyone is just so much toxic and unruly behaviour. Their top management thinks you should work on your weekoff days also. So they call you also on weekoff and after of office hour. Actuall office time is 9:15 to 6:15, but if they think they will torture you it can be stretched to 8:30. As per my analysis AU Bank is following traditional way of banking which was already adopted by existing banks 10 years ago. It need to adopt the new ways of monitoring & technology. Especially it's policy makes bankers to onboard average rate of customers and after onboarding those its makes to monitor very high end. As a result customers would get fed up with those practices. Similar working. Need to do night shifts ( and maintain attendance). HR dept is very bad. Except work, they are expecting everything. Not releasing bonuses on time. Attendance management is also bad who is doing night shifts.

the process policy of the bank is good, the working culture is good, the work strategy is very good, working time and personal time are managed very well, when you can manage both well, then you can do the work even better

If there is a little delay, half day's attendance gets marked, I don't like this, otherwise everything is correct

Considering my vertical and seniors the work life balence is top notch , one can learn new things and grow himself.

Too much politics happen in organisation and no appreciation for performing better and IT team in my location is worst moreover work late in month end days without extra payout and no incentive for us.
