They give complete ownership of thing which is challenging at times and helps one grow fast

Dislikes

There is absolute zero culture in this organisation, they release appraisals very very late and you can’t expect decent hike or promotion. There is so standardisation of role and salary/ grade it’s pathetic. And attrition is sky rocketing here

Under such tough situation.. Our bosses are calling us to branch.. Wheresle no other organisation is doing Soo.. They only want business..that too in such Covid situation where people are not able to have proper meals a day.. And here they want business.. Horrible organisation to work and no support at all..
