The environment of Fincare Small Finance Bank is very poor. They show off like a huge bank but their banking system and their strategies are like a new born baby. They do not know how to behave their bottom line workers. There is a big gap between the operation and finance department. They are not supportive to each other. Also the senior managers, think themselves like the manager of SBI. FSFB is a new and rising industry but their human capital is of very low level standard. They haven't developed the culture of way to perform with employees. The big fault of this bank is that upper staff is totaly depending on the bottom level employees, while they can work better together....Read More
