Instability around Hike, Increment, contact extension and no leave encashment policy.. Basically they wont allow to avail any leaves during notice period and just 1 month before they will directly give u notice of release and till then u would have no idea even if ur contract is getting extended....so u cannot plan anything.. all ur leave balance will be lapsed... the lease from their end they can do for an employee is either let them avail their leave balance till end of the contract or encash it for them...Read More

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
