Having old work culture & having more work load. You have to do your work alongwith the person which was working with you. As a Purchase Engineer we have to work on on scheduling & procurement,release purchase orders but in AAL we have to work with finance in every month if there is any discrepancy in invoice, boss have always on mood to fire you.
