I am glad that I worked for ATS as I was new to this line by that time I enjoyed working even I was promoted in shortest period but my bad luck due to my personal problem I quit without notice period I regret it even now because we had a great team with good team leader all the best and my blessings.

No prospects of growth. You can only step up the ladder if you are an vintage employee and knows the way to allure lalas in the organisation. The lala culture of the company drains you completely. They operate on traditional approach. Especially the employees who have been in the system for past 10-15 years or beyond that spread somuch of negativity and will never let you work peacefully and wil leave No stone unturned to demean you. The guy who sits at reception (being a tenured one) is such a ridiculous person and will not provide support especially to the new employees. He works as a slave for the management but tries his best to misbehave and shows his fake authoritative attitude just to satisfy his ego. Exactly is the behavior of IT Infra Manager- he insults the employees and shows his fake accent and horrible attitude. To get one task done from him takes not less than a month or even beyond that. He likes to get treated like a supreme who has nailed the art of being sarcastic and vents out his frustration. Being in the organisation for long they don’t let the new comers adjust and work amicably. The management really need to work on the base level if they really want to hire good talent. The ONE MAN ARMY approach won’t let them flourish in the market especially in this era.
