Overall company is good but there are many manipulation and politics in the office.

You have to give your 100% and after all the performance there is no appraisal and you have to wait for 2-3 years for the same and forgot about the growth

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
