This is not a company, this is bunch of idiots. Many project under NCLT, no job security. No policy and processor, If HR head circulate a mail nobody takes serious.

Only good things about ATS is that salary comes on time and job security.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Only people who can do buttering of the seniors will get growth in the coy. Non deserving people are at higher posts. All the work load is on juniors but seniors get all the credit.

Initially work was good, but since I have been working for 4 years work has become monotonous. M not getting any growth opportunities . There is no skill development programs at all.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
