Good work environment and work culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. Job security even in COVID period, wages on lockdown period and quarantine leave without wage detection. Very very best company for operators/workers. Upto 50% increment for operators/workers with yearly diwali bonus and performance pay.

Dislikes

Salary is not decent and career growth is slow for staff employees. There is a 3 months notice period which we can't switch to other company early. Proper job training is not given to staff employees. Staffs have lots of roles but designation is not changing. None of the higher level bosses are motivating their team workers. Monday to Friday only the company working days, But they are pulling to work atleast one Saturday in a month. We can compensate it. But we can't plan our weekend's for our personal commitments....Read More

This job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt more about my job, corporate companies culture, peoples, etc..
