Yes, starting off with the company has established a good market. This MNC no doubt has reached on a global scale but need to work on the work culture being manipulated by senior staff at lower levels. Job security only for the old staff who have established their rapo with their upper consultants. Increments can be a key point to join this company as the apex management doesn't have the policy for satisfaction and better of the employees, apart from the people who are already working with them prior to the merger of Griffin and Instone. Politics at its core as the senior staff over there have never seen another TMC in their life so they will just treat you as a guest in their house. There is too little to learn as every department has been taking a step towards automation. Some departments do assist you to get your work and life balanced as per their requirement. Dislikes

The apex management hasn't kept employees friendly. This pandemic they defenestrated employees in lieu of a global outage of sales. How more ethical they could be by stating the reason to sack the employees is their performance . I pity how spineless management could they be when they do not have spine to give the real feedbacks.

Work Details

No facilities provided by ATPI. Was working as a Senior Consultant for the European Space Agency. Took care of flight and land travel of the travellers for ESA.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
