Its depends upon team to team. Sone team gets more benefits than other. All depends upon manager.

Dislikes

HR policies and behaviour is worst. People treat like they own the company and not the employee friendly. HR part - initially they gave you CTC which includes all the benefits and after first increment they will remove all the benefits and moved them to variable which make your CTC very low. And they will not even give you that partof money which is approx. 20% of your monthly salary. They even don't give you any experience letter and FnF before 3 months....Read More
