There is no much professional Using always regional languages in official meetings( Hindi) more biased. North indian dominate is very high. No ethics followed in work life. Very worst behaviour in north indian team member. There is no important for south office like chennai. This is not only my personal experience. There are many people says north indian behaving worst in the office

I joined Atos as a fresher but now I have gained a lot of good experience and all the teams are great people here are nice and the infra is good as well

They follow the HR policies religiously .. give ample time to resources to search for project when moved to Bench. Very good focus on learning & updkilling.

Dislikes

None of the leaders including their top mgmt have foresight, vision for the company and the resultant is that the company is in $5Bn debt today. Lot of regional politics.

Continuous virtual learning sessions you can enroll. Good for Freshers to join & learn.

Dislikes

No Appraisals , annual hike only 3%. Totally Manager's dominated approach for employee on their benefits & appraisals, with higher level of cost cutting at each facility. Nothing as per HR Policy, all rules amended as per Manager & HR. Not good for long term service as low hikes & no future.

Company is struggling if you check the stock markets you will understand . Still they gave hike not significant. Many which many MNCs being at good state are also not giving

If they are hiring for CNA project . Stay out of it you life will be hell , you cannot relax even for 5 mins when u are in shift and working . Hell lot of work and less manpower to do it .

Comments are specific to Eviden (Atos group of companies) Dynamic senior management , CEO changes every other day. Atos is good but after the split the new company formed (Eviden) is not so good with respect to the Policies and benefits. No / poor percentage of appraisal No much growth opportunity.

Please don’t go for training in Atos .. it’s is very worthless they charge 437000 for 20 days and after that no security for placement.. and ask to join us the midlevel company and pay 1 lakh more to that company to get a job .. and Atos recruitment staffs are not good … not responding any calls and email.. it’s a fake service they provide …
