Plant head is not good judgmental, to much ego, used his power only, and go with the people opinion, not seeing actually what going on. Genuine people suffer alot and fake people relaxed.

For higher roles there is no job security especially in pune plant. If you are looking for job stability then do not join pune plant. For lower roles you can join but 6 days a week and 10 hours minimum daily will be required of you. They have No leave policy which does not means Unlimited leaves but actually u won't get any leaves.This rule is not for HR dept as they enjoy unlimited leave policy. In fixed leave policy atleast your leaves get carry forwarded and you get benefit when you quit the organization but over here u won't get that too. They offer you a good hike while joining the company.

They believe in hire & fire culture, without giving you a chance to match their expectation, not even having PIP tenure they will just ask you to leave the company. Earlier the culture was very good but now its just politics & favorism. 2 to 3 people take all the decisions and make other employees as scapegoat. No work-life balance, no mental peace. HR are completely useless.

Product quality is good, frontliners have really contributed to make it a brand, so that now people/customers are coming in market asking for Atomberg Fan. Online (prices) support for the retailer is good thing but the process is preety slow or equals to nothing.

Dislikes

Company is growing higher so is the pressure on employees, A b'ful culture is changing due to a huge change (made) in upper management. There are perks and scheme for retailers or employees but the process is very slow.

Company is good for employee who have much experience and don't argument with seniors . Most reliable thing company has very strict rules but not interested to aware employees .

Dislikes

HR is well qualified and doing good at there office . But their are not aware with market situation. Also there are not a responsible person . They are very poor discussion maker in terms of company rules . I don't know about other companies. But this company has very poor or inexperienced Hr .
