I really appreciated the collaborative culture at my last company It was a place where everyone was encourage to share ideas and contribute to success of projects. It fastered an environment where innovation and problem - solving were encouraged.

Actually, I am looking new opportunities and challenges that were not available in my current position. Such as company was great but the position did not offer enough challenges to fully utilize mu skills and abilities.

I joined aspl as a fresher in 2018 and working till now, so it's great to see like that aspl provide me a work environment where I can improve my skills and become perfect to complete the challenges in lfy. The work environment, salary, teamwork, coordination all are outstanding.

Each and every organization haveing some loop holes but if we see in positive way so it's more easy to work with them and try to remove.
