Company policies are good and it's beneficial to all employees but implementation of some policy need to verify some how it's not implemented properly.

There is no any Personal Life while working as Service engineer sometimes it's frustrating, While working as Service engineer manager feedback and support is must I have worked in two different teams but earlier it was good but right now it's not supporting,So it's quite dispointing when just because of your manager you are not able to shift in different departments.
