- In short , donot join the company since it has very bad culture. - hire and fire policy even though people have worked extremely hard and delivered results. - this company treats everyone as contractors, and ask them to leave once you deliver. - never ever do a mistake to join this low grade ship. - lot of colleagues have sufferedand suffering since 2 years, and most of them left. - For no reason they ask people to leave, and showcase they are low performeres or put them in PIP....Read More

Actually none. - If you are not willing to bring your A game and care more about titles, I don't think you would have a good time. Being part of a high growth startup comes with taking high ownership, driving movement of areas not just part of your competency but also others where you are willing to have the child like curiosity.
