Honestly I haven’t always found my job at Atkins more enjoyable . However I do appreciate the sense of security that comes With working here. Knowing that Job is stable and that I have reliable income important to me .

One aspect I dislike about Working at Atkins is the poor work life balance.since joining the company I’ve struggled to maintain my fitness routine which was significant part of my life before . I find it challenging to prioritise my workouts due to demanding workload and project deadlines. During instance project period, I often felt that getting rest is luxury and i Compromise on my fitness goals. This inconsistency leads to decline in my interest and motivation to workout. Poltics is at it's core. It's all about biasness. You can have a great time here or hell, depending upon how your manager wants, you are secondary in this case.

Job security is there since company is try to grow the whole Workforce. They try to retain people by counter offering if they are going to competitors.

Dislikes

Politics and favouritism on top. Reward of good work is more work. Talent young engineers ends up training and indirectly working to meet productivity for favoured or employees who enter the organization through approach.

Only pune offer colleagues are good, gurgaon colleagues are dominating over pune colleagues.
