Good Work environment, team work culture

Dislikes

The company is huge and it’s hard to keep track of complaints Workers in the lower management. All senior managerial positions held by UK National only in middle east ( ATKINS). Despite their lack of experience they are overpaid too.

It was a good experience I learned a lot but I had to move for better opportunities as in middle east only British citizens gets a promotion to senior management level

Honestly I haven’t always found my job at Atkins more enjoyable . However I do appreciate the sense of security that comes With working here. Knowing that Job is stable and that I have reliable income important to me .

One aspect I dislike about Working at Atkins is the poor work life balance.since joining the company I’ve struggled to maintain my fitness routine which was significant part of my life before . I find it challenging to prioritise my workouts due to demanding workload and project deadlines.
