I have been working in Aticara Technologies since 2017. I got an opportunity to work on BigData, IoT, DPDK. They produce high throughput network simulators and have global clients. Work is flexible, no strict rules. Can work from home full time once you have gained the confidence of your Manager. Office is in central location and Metro station is 2 mins walk from the office.

Dislikes

They recruit a lot of fresher/ rookies who waste a lot of time of the seniors as we end up training them. This I feel is a little bit counter productive for the the senior engineers.

Work Details

I have worked on testing IoT Products for Zigbee and Zwave, Testing Network simulators for testing Cisco, Juniper, Dell, Vyatta, Cumulus Routers. I also manage the virtual infrastructure for the QA and Development teams

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Good learning opportunities for freshers but only in terms of technology NOT for professional ethics.

Dislikes

You will see lot of politics, micro management, lack of professional ethics.

totally bad environment and now work culture and also no salary on time. Also if you absent for 10-12 days in months with informing managers . They will take your whole month salary.
