Top managements are excellent, but circle level have enough bad leg pulling ( not personal alligations) Regards Naresh

Circle level two verticals reporting simultaniously at a time, because it attracts unjustified politics, i.e. finance responsibilities attracts strictly policy imolimentation, but circle head does not like this, it leads restrictions their unauthorised activities
