Worst place to work. Starting executive gets around 18k. Only job is calling. Average job life 4 months. Every time they have opening every day. They will not teaching you any office skill except calling. It's like KPO. they will not share how the company is running as they themself don't know. No SOPs as they feel every employee will give it to their competitor. They don't trust they employees. Only 4 peoples are running the company. CEO and HR are real husband and wife. So no HR policy. They himself make sure if a good manager joins and work on the development of employee must leave as soon as possible. They don't want to face their partners in case of escalation. They will hire you on contractual basis for one month, make you work in current project, after project completed, they discontinue your contract....Read More

Everything. No work culture. They exploit you like anything. Don't ever join this company. They will ask you to leave whenever they want. It caused me stress and anxiety.
